These Subscription Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all recurring subscription and auto-replenish purchases made through Happy Head Shop (https://www.happyheadshop.com), owned and operated by Happy Head LLC. By subscribing, you agree to these Terms in addition to our general Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.


All subscription products sold through this Website are over-the-counter (OTC), non-prescription consumer products. No prescription medications or medical services are offered through this Website.


1. Subscription and Renewal Terms

Subscription orders are shipped to your designated shipping address on a recurring basis based on your selected subscription interval (e.g., every 25–30 days for monthly subscriptions), to ensure you receive your next supply before your current supply runs out. Your subscription will automatically renew at the selected interval on the date of your original purchase unless you cancel prior to the renewal date.


If you find yourself with a surplus of product, you can request to pause your subscription at any time. Pause requests must be submitted at least three (3) days before your next billing date.


If you are enrolled in a Subscription and/or Auto-Replenish plan and have provided a valid payment method, each payment will be automatically processed at the time of each renewal and billed to the payment method on file in your account.


2. Cancellation Policy

After signup, your My Account page will show your last order date and future payment date(s) under the Subscriptions tab. You can change address, renew, or change payment method from this page by logging in.


Any order(s) identified as "Processing" or "Shipped" on your upcoming page, however, cannot be canceled.


In order to cancel your upcoming order before it is processed or shipped, you must contact Happy Head Shop at least three (3) days before the next billing date. You also have the option to postpone your next billing date by logging in and adjusting the date under the Subscriptions tab of your Account page any time before the order is placed. You will be responsible for all charges related to any order identified as "PROCESSING," "SHIPPED," OR "COMPLETED" prior to the cancellation of your subscription.


If you are enrolled in the Subscription and/or Auto-Replenish plan and have provided a valid payment method, each payment will be automatically processed at the time of each subscription renewal or installment and billed to one of the payment methods provided on the Account Info tab of your Account page.


If you wish to cancel your participation in the Auto-Replenish plan, you must contact customer service at least three (3) days prior to the next date of billing ("Bill Date") to ensure your order does not process.

Account Activation and Inactivity

Happy Head LLC reserves the right to cancel or deactivate your account and any associated subscription if your account remains inactive or unverified for more than 120 consecutive days following purchase or initial registration. No refunds will be issued unless explicitly requested within the 120-day window. Accounts canceled due to prolonged inactivity are not eligible for refunds unless a valid refund request is submitted within 120 days of purchase.


3. Refund Policy

If you are dissatisfied with a product for any reason, please contact us at www.happyheadshop.com/help within 30 days of delivery. Depending on the circumstances, we may replace the product or provide a full or partial refund of the purchase price at our sole discretion. Before providing a refund, replacement, or credit, we may require that you return the product at your own expense and/or submit photographic documentation. All refunds will be made to the payment method used for the original order.


You are responsible for inspecting all products for damage or other issues upon delivery. You must contact Happy Head Shop at www.happyheadshop.com/help within 7 days of receipt to report damaged products.


Returns must be made within 30 days of the delivery date. Refunds are limited to the amount paid for that shipment. You are responsible for returning unused portions of the product in its original packaging and for the associated return shipping costs.


OTC products are not eligible for return unless defective or otherwise approved by Happy Head LLC in its sole discretion. No money-back guarantee applies to OTC subscription products unless expressly stated in writing at the time of purchase.


4. Shipping

Happy Head Shop offers complimentary standard shipping on qualifying subscription orders within the United States. Please allow 2–3 business days for processing before shipment. Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 3–5 business days. All orders are shipped in discreet packaging with no indication of contents on the outside of the package.


Billing and shipping intervals are set at your selected subscription frequency. You can reschedule upcoming orders at any time under the Subscriptions tab of your account page or by contacting customer service at www.happyheadshop.com/help.


Happy Head LLC is not liable for delivery delays caused by third-party carriers or for delivery addresses entered incorrectly by the customer. Address changes must be submitted at least three (3) days before your next billing date.


5. Email and Marketing Data Sharing

By subscribing, you acknowledge and agree that Happy Head LLC may share your email address and subscription data with Happy Head, Inc. (operator of happyhead.com) for coordinated marketing purposes, including via Blueshift or other CRM platforms. You may opt out of such marketing communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions in any email or contacting us directly. This sharing is further described in our Privacy Policy.


6. Pricing and Price Changes

Your subscription price will be disclosed at checkout. All prices are in U.S. dollars and are subject to applicable taxes. If we increase the recurring subscription price, we will notify you via email before the new price takes effect. Your continued subscription after such notice constitutes your acceptance of the new price. You may contact us to cancel at any time before the new price takes effect.


If your payment fails, we may retry the charge on subsequent days. If payment remains unsuccessful after reasonable retry attempts, your subscription may be suspended or canceled.


7. Governing Law; Severability; Entire Agreement

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California. If any provision is found unenforceable, it shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary or severed, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force. These Terms, together with our general Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Happy Head LLC with respect to subscriptions.


8. Force Majeure

Happy Head LLC shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform obligations caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemic, government action, carrier delays, or internet outages.
