Free Shipping on All Orders
Happy Head Shop offers complimentary standard shipping on all orders. No minimum purchase required.
Where We Ship
We ship within the United States only. Orders with delivery addresses outside the U.S. will not be processed.

Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or other factors outside our control. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
Subscription Orders
Monthly subscription orders are shipped every 25–27 days to ensure you receive your next supply before running out. If you find yourself with a surplus, you can pause your subscription at any time by logging into your account. Pauses must be set at least 3 days before your next billing date to take effect.
Discreet Packaging
All orders ship in plain, discreet packaging. No product names or branding appear on the outside of the box.
Address Accuracy
Please verify your shipping address carefully at checkout. Happy Head LLC is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from an incorrectly entered address. Address changes must be submitted at least 3 days before your next billing date. Once an order has been released to a carrier, we are unable to redirect it.
Risk of Loss
Once your order is handed off to the carrier, title and risk of loss transfer to you. If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us at happyheadshop.com/help and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
